my room included a very large bed, which seemed like sleeping on a cloud. the breakfast had a great variety of foods. i especially loved the selection of fresh fruit and pastries. the location was very convenient, as it was a short walk to many attractions.
The check-in process seemed slow. I waited longer than i expected. the spa area was smaller than i thought. the noise level was higher than i prefered. i expected a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere in that space.

The check-in process was slow. I had to change rooms because the AC didn't work in the first one. The staff didn't communicate the issue. No one seemed to know if the AC was checked. I moved my stuff and they still weren't ready, it was a hassle and unprofessional. I received no apologies or compensation.

the connectivity for work was beneficial. the extra flat screen and included connectors were useful additions. an ethernet cable was also provided for a direct internet connection. i found this setup well-suited for my business needs.
the room temperature did not increase above 21 degrees. i set the heat to maximum, but there was no change. it was a bit cool for my liking.

comfortable bedamazing vieweasy transfers
i found the breakfast superb and the staff greeted me with such kindness. my room had an amazing view and the bed was so comfortable i slept like a baby. bus stops to and from the airport are just outside, this made transfers super easy.
Check-in took about 20 minutes. I expected a quicker process.

the spa area was a letdown. it was overcrowded, and VERY noisy. several families allowed their children to jump into the pool. the spa staff DID not intervene, and it wasn't relaxing at all, it was a MAJOR disappointment. i expect a more serene atmosphere in a spa.
