the connectivity for work was beneficial. the extra flat screen and included connectors were useful additions. an ethernet cable was also provided for a direct internet connection. i found this setup well-suited for my business needs.
the room temperature did not increase above 21 degrees. i set the heat to maximum, but there was no change. it was a bit cool for my liking.

comfortable bedamazing vieweasy transfers
i found the breakfast superb and the staff greeted me with such kindness. my room had an amazing view and the bed was so comfortable i slept like a baby. bus stops to and from the airport are just outside, this made transfers super easy.
Check-in took about 20 minutes. I expected a quicker process.

spa areanoisy atmosphere
the spa area was a letdown. it was overcrowded, and VERY noisy. several families allowed their children to jump into the pool. the spa staff DID not intervene, and it wasn't relaxing at all, it was a MAJOR disappointment. i expect a more serene atmosphere in a spa.
